Lack of interest Reported Items mouseover

When viewing the Reported Items page, it would be nice if when one moused over a report entry the first comment would pop up. The first comment contains the reason why the reporter reported the post. It would also be nice to be able to recognize the forum that the post originated in without having to open the report.

This wouldn't work on tablets or mobiles which don't support the mouseover event.
