XF 2.1 Report content messages

I wonder BY DEFAULT who gets the email notifications sent from Report Content (that provided on every forum messages/posts)?

So far i've tested a member Super Moderator usergroup did not received anything in email inbox.

Any helpful answers will be much appreciated. Thanks.

XF does not send emails for reported content.

You must be using a third party add-on.

Thanks for clearing that up. But that was quite disappointed since this thing is really necessary for staff members.
