Lack of interest report Alert Feedback with avatar (optional)

It would be great to have an option for the moderators to send their avatars / username along with the Alert Feedback. It's a nice gesture to have a feedback from a person, not from an anonymic "?"-Account.

Or change the "?" Avatar that sends out the alert to a minified logo from the page. The square logo used for Facebook comes into mind :)
