Reply text always goes to the bottom of the editor

Partial replies are only adding to the bottom of the text editor instead of where the curser is since latest upgrade (2.2.7) (tested on both Chrome & Opera on Android)

Similarly full replies also default to bottom of editor and not to where the curser actually is.

I should add that the way around this is to add the single partial "reply" to the Quote+ ophon instead and then go to Insert quotes and insert the quote... that goes to where the cursor is.
