Implemented Replace <fb:/> tags with HTML5

There are few templates that uses the <fb:/> tags.
It's obvious that these tags are invalid and causes to HTML validation errors.
Eventually it will be deprecated completely in favor of HTML5 alternatives.

I'm big on keeping with universal code standards (even up coming standards).

What is the universally accepted replacement for <fb:/> tags?

Any integration we do with Facebook now (mostly the embedded posts/videos) now uses valid HTML5 code.
