Rather than showing this message "There may be more posts after this." repeatedly with each alert, there could be just one time message at the top as shown in the attached, which are self-explanatory. This would result in much cleaner alerts window. Thank you

I don't think it's likely that we'd implement this. The message is specific to that kind of alert. Your example does show basically ever alert mentioning it, but as soon as you have a mixed set of alerts, moving the message out when it only applies to some (or worse, none) would seem to make things less clear.
