XF 1.4 Removing comma from profile page

Hey there,

I've created custom styling for my Custom User Titles in extra.css, which makes the titles have a background colour and border, like so:

This causes the gender, age and location to move to the line below, which is perfect - that's what I want. The issue I'm having is that there's a comma before the gender, like so:

Is there a way to remove this comma? I've looked in member_view and I can't seem to find it.

If anyone could help, that'd be great.

It's added via a helper so it would require custom development.
