Features:

• Remove Your Vote link is shown when a user casts a vote.
• Once a poll is closed Removing Your Vote is no longer an option.

Installation:

1. Download removeyourvote_v1.0.zip and unzip it.
2. Upload the Andy folder to your server. The correct location is library/Andy.
3. From your Admin Control Panel, go to the "Install Add-on"...

Usergroup option would be good so only admin and/or moderators can use this for example.
