Modifies the code in the following template:

• footer

Installation:

1. Download removetermsandrules_v1.0.zip and unzip it.
2. From your Admin Control Panel, go to the "Install Add-on" page.
3. Upload the addon-RemoveTermsAndRules_v1.0.xml file.
4. Click the Install Add-on button.

I will disagree that this has any benefit to SEO, because everything in the <footer> is given near zero weight by Google for the pages relevance. Remove the entire footer content and you won't see any change in pages relevance rankings. Same for <header> <aside> and so forth. Google is looking for the pages primary content, and that is what it bases most relevance upon on a per page basis.

I didn't realize there's an option to remove the "Term and Rules" in the Admin Control Panel.
