XF 1.5 Remove fake Admin

So ******* has made an admin account on my forum after I a script, the user is called "Noob" this user was granted SuperAdmin and Admin, I know you can edit the superadmin in config and I have done that however I have no idea how to revoke his admin because it isn't listed under admin on my site

If they're not listed as an admin, they shouldn't be an admin. What makes you think they are?

If you're worried though, I'd just delete the user.

They are making changes to templates, I can see the changes in the logs. I can't delete them because you can't delete admin users

You can, it shows them as admin at the top but you can't remove it because they are still an admin, you can't see them in the list of admins though so I cant revoke their admin status

I found if you go to List all users and then filter the user you can delete

I would strip The permissions of the user then ban the account.
