Remove bounced emails list from csv?

I use Sendy for emailing various promos and highlights.
Every few days, I generate a mailing list and add it to my sendy mailing list.

From time to time, I see a few emails bouncing and few marking it as spam.

Is there a way to upload a csv file with these emails and removing /disable these users from the website?

Then I'd suggest an SQL statement to update the user records for matching email addresses.
