XF 1.5 Remove borders and change Arrow colour on Tags

[Skylined]

I would like to remove the borders from the tags and change their colour (to green).

The problem that I have is that I don't know how to remove the border and change the arrow's colour.
I would also like to make the hole plain, remove the border and just make it a plain white hole.


Can somebody please help me?
