XF 2.0 Registration settings

Im looking for some help. I have moved over from vB and until now I have kept registration closed whilst I set my forum up. Now im ready to open registration up if like some advice before doing so.

When using vB i had to use various setup to keep spam out. The majority of settings came from @ozzy47 and his advice. In terms of registration settings what setup do you have? I want to keep it simple as possible.

Your set up for vB was the best. Hopefully someone can do the same with XF2
