XF 1.4 Registration Errors

I attached the image on the error I am getting when I try to test register, I originally thought it was a captcha error so I disabled it all together, but I'm still getting the error even though I type in the appropriate email, user. Any ideas what could be causing this?

I think I've seen this due to either:

Outdated Templates on the style(try another style)
Or some sort of anti-spam registration add-on.

I believe it's an add-on that broke on one of the recent updates to XF.

You are correct, outdates templates. Any turnaround for this since one of my styles was created by someone who doesn't do styles anymore?

You will need to update the style/templates so it is compatible with the current version of XF you are running.
