XF 1.4 Registration error

We recently moved to new server , with litespeed and xcache
All working fine except registration , here is error output

I see a couple add-ons from Andy in there. If you disable those, does the error disappear?

Well we need those , and all was working fine . so here is situation .
We was on Host1 , domain and email was setup with same host
Now we moved to Host1 ,domain dns updated to Host2 . I gues we lost Email functionality seense dns are different . , may be that whats causing problem

The disablement would only be temporary to see if one or both of those add-ons are responsible.

Same error , just there is no Adny`s addon listed , and it spits this for user
"A server error occurred. Please try again later."

This is really an issue with the underlying network stack and specifically, GnuTLS (or cURL being compiled against it). As an example, see here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnutls26/+bug/1111882

Recompiling cURL/PHP with a different SSL/TLS implementation may solve it, but that likely isn't something you can easily do. It may simply be easiest to disable cURL in PHP.
