XF 1.2 Registration email style

How can we customize the registration email, or the emails from the site in general to look like our custom Xenforo style? Colors, logo, etc. An example like this one below which is custom to their site.

Ok- still a bit of a gray area for me. I am going to install this http://xenforo.com/community/threads/enable-debug-mode-from-admincp.43037/page-2 to enable debug mode. Then where do I find the email template to edit once debug mode is enabled?

Will it be just be as simple as just changing the border and background color like CSS?

They are in the development tab once you have debug enabled
