XF 2.1 Registration E-mail Error

This is what happens when a user signs up on my website. It won't let them accept the confirmation e-mail.

I registered at your board but did not got activation mail, it look like either you have improper settings for registration, improper file permissions on your server or url rewrite issue

So I created the public navigation, so it's a link to a new page.

I created a php directory in my File Manager, and linked it into the public navigation 'link' field.

It's been 3 years since I started using XenForo. I did not give a link to the empty page in the forums navigation.
I see this as a wrong method. make it difficult to use in the mobile version
