XF 2.1 Registration E-mail Error

This is what happens when a user signs up on my website. It won't let them accept the confirmation e-mail.

I assume you have that mail address on your server. Copy the address of the smtp server from your server dns settings.
admin options => paste into email settings.
then smtp server ssl? tsl? Do not have SSL or see them. And if your server panel is plesk panel, it had ports accordingly. Enter that port.
