XF 2.1 Registration domain blocking?

On my vB 3.8 forums, I could enter text that the forum would use to block new user registrations. Things like @126.com to block all registrations from users with emails from that domain. I'm searching around the XF ACP, but not seeing a similar function. Does it exist in XF?

How do the inputs for the "email to ban" field need to be formatted to ban all emails from a domain? Would *@126.com work?

Also, does this feature block the registrations from happening, or does it ban the account after registration? Ie. does the user database get filled with trash or not?

You can use an * as a wildcard.

The accounts are not registered.
