XF 2.2 Registered users page redirect

Is there a way or a mod that redirects registered users to the forums but guests to a welcome page?

If they can still access forums after being directed to a page, it wouldn’t.

But how can they access forums if there is a redirect? The only way is to register.

All the menu links are there plus the sitemap. I'd just like guests to see a welcome page before going to different sections.

No. Basically the site url home would lead to the page. A cookie to redirect registered users (any other than guest) get the forum home instead. I've tried simply putting the page as the root but most of my traffic are members and sending them to the page is useless.

I could probably do this with conditionals.
