Fixed Registered feed posting as guest with forum watch

If you have a registered feed with option of "Post as guest, use name information from feed data." and you're watching the destination forum with alerts the guest name of the feed is not showing in the alert.

For example, the alert will start off with "started a thread called..." instead of "{guest name here} started a thread called...".

It actually happens independently of posting from a feed - if you allow guest posting, the same problem will appear when a guest manually starts a new thread. I'm looking into it.

Ah, didn't even think of testing that, instead I may have ran into more of an edge case.

About the screenshot above, it looks like the guest, "Mister Guest" in this case seems to be styled as if it's a link instead of black text or something. Pretty minor issue though.
