Register Email 3.8

No permission to download
just installed this and not getting any emails on registrations

I'm new to Xenforo so could well be a step I'm missing but all looks OK to me

any tips welcome :)

I would like to add stopforumspam links to the email that's sent. What do I edit to edit the content of the email?

Specifically, on vBulletin forums I have customized the email to add:

Check IP Location: http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/{ip}
Check IP Location: http://www.ip-tracker.org/locator/ip-lookup.php?ip={ip}

Check for Spam (email): http://www.stopforumspam.com/search?q={email}
Check for Spam (name): http://www.stopforumspam.com/search?q={name}
Check for Spam (IP): http://www.stopforumspam.com/search?q={ip}

Location: {custom field on vB}

Thank you, it work, but i have one question, if registration needed Admin Approver, would email still send before admin approve ?

Seems to be broken on one of my sites after I upgraded a few addons...no idea why, but since i updated conversation essentials & conversation improvements then updated the style, no emails (2 registrations today, using pepipost so I know the emails weren't even attempted)

Hey Andy,

Tried re-installing this now that we no longer use BD Mails.

Getting the following errors (I can send detailed screenshots if needed). I do receive the email notification but it's completely blank.

2017-03-30 14_53_47.webp

Is this not compatible with the latest version of Xenforo? I keep getting an error: Callback Andy_RegisterEmail_Listener::Register is invalid (Invalid Class).

it's never really necessary to upload the .xml file, depending on your installation technique. If you upload the files manually from a PC and then point to the xml file on your PC, then the xml doesn't need to be uploaded at all.

Thanks. I did not know this. I'm very new to this.

Let me see if I understand what you said. I can use a utility like Filezilla to transfer the Andy file and its contents to my server and leave the XML file where it is on my PC and then I can tell XenForo to install the app from my PC?
