XF 2.2 Regarding cache

I'm using a VPS and Cloudflare for Xenforo.

The first time I visited a page it would take a bit longer time and then the second time I visited it's real quick. I understand it's the cache thing that's working.

But does this cache works globally for other visitors as well? I mean when a page is visited by user A, will the page be cached somewhere so other visitors who visit the page for the first time also get it quickly?

I'm not a qualified admin, however I'm taking the role and learning bit by bit.

you can always try in a second browser or private browser mode to replicate third party behavior. i assume data was cached locally at your end after first load so it loaded real quick the second time. depends upon what kind of caching you have configured on cloudflare/xenforo. this is how it is setup at my end. for guests, every page view is cached so it is fetched from local storage on second load. instant loading experience as a result. but first visit would have some lag.
