XF 1.3 Redactor missing icon

I've just upgraded from 1.2.5 to 1.3.1 and my forum works but I've noticed that one Redactor icon is missing.

This is my forum (using BBsmileys icons)


And this is what I see here on XF

As you may see at the right of the video icon there is an icon for Quote, Code and so on but I don't see this icon on my forum.

Can someone help?

Have you tried a full refresh? (Ctrl+F5).

I have a feeling you've cached the old redactor.

Tried to refresh multiple times but the icon is still missing...

Please take note that I've Bb Codes & Buttons Manager installed. Does this has some interferences?

Probably.

Disable them and check in an unedited default style.

If it works then you will need to ask in the add-on threads for support.

I'vre restored the missing icons using BBCode Manager. Now they works... Thanks for the support...
