Recommended Proxy Settings for a smaller forum with a lot of images...

What are you guys using for your Proxy settings? We are not a large or extremely busy forum, but we do host a LOT of images for news and reviews.

Surely someone is using proxy and has some suggestions.

I'm not real sure about this but I'm using proxy for images, but not links. The only other setting different than yours is Image Cache Max Size is set to 0 to disable it. I'm not sure what it should be. I think the rest was the default for the software, but I am not sure. I'm not sure if any of this helps?
