ah That is possible parsing each search result and then creating a new results page but that isn't worth it unfortunately :/ as it would most likely be against Google search tos

A Question : is the adblock "yellow" background color pushed by Google or definied by your css ?
I couldn't find any way to change it at google searchengine admin area.
