XF 1.1 Rebuilding fails after update.

I've upgraded to 1.1.5 from 1.1.4 and when trying to rebuild the master data, caches or update the templates I get the following error:
Fatal error: Class 'XenForo_Template_Compiler_Function_If' not found in /home/carpedie/public_html/community/library/XenForo/Template/Compiler.php on line 147

I can't figure out whats going wrong and can't change addons or styles without errors occurring. I thought about upgrading to 1.2 to try to fix it but I'm hoping someone here can help me.

You need to reupload the files. It looks like they weren't uploaded correctly.
