Alex, you are asking the exact questions I have. Someday soon I am going to know how to do this stuff. Now, I gotta say, I cannot understand why a straight forward answer to your question cannot be provided. It is not just you and me. I have seen a lot of examples of programmers asking how to do something and the answer comes back that you have to get inside a controller to do what is needed, but when you want a reference for how to do that, I guess it is too basic for people who are up to speed on it to bother explaining.

Did you ever find a way to run update the user cache every minute?
