Possibly too late because others are used to it now, but I think this is now the second or third time I have accidentally sent a report thinking that I am replying to a comment on a resource.

Probably it is just an indication that I need to stop working and go to bed or something, but having the reply button all the way over there to the right is probably not the most intuitive.
