Duplicate Realtime loading new topic/posts

Instead of hitting manual refresh, why not implement some option to automatically add new posts to a topic?

However this is without any functionality inside the thread where you can see person X is typing and auto add new post.

Isn't there an orange colored link automatically in every topic if someone adds a new post? I believe this is a default funtion.
