Fixed Reactions on mobile device

Seems there are multiple threads on this. This was never marked Fixed in any of them correct? For some reason I thought it was.

Nobody ever replied to confirm, but a fix for a similar issue was rolled out here a while back:

A candidate fix for this has been rolled out here, if anyone experiencing issues wants to test it out.

It's not always easy to ascertain if issues are duplicates or different bugs with similar symptoms. Can anyone experiencing this issue still reproduce this here? If not then likely the same issue and has hopefully been fixed.
