RC3 update error

My upgrade script has stopped on "Rebuilding..." and displays the following error.



I'm unable to get passed this screen and the forum is just a blank white page.

Hmm, something on your server is deciding to kill the request - not a good sign as we made a lot of changes to prevent this from happening. And really, if RC2 was fine, there's no reason RC3 shouldn't be...

Can you provide me with FTP details? I'll try to quickly look to debug it.
