For custom scripts in my rating template they are not loading after clicking a rating because the rating.js file is not using the ExtLoader. The ajax callback could use the new XenForo.ExtLoader which works for me.
Also not sure if the js and css option variables actually need to be passed in when using the XenForo.createOverlay, haven't seen that used anywhere else, but maybe it doesn't hurt.
