Randomly Missing Posting Box.

It appears even on the default theme that the posting box is gone, if I slam refresh sometimes it comes back, sometimes it does not.

I see no severe error logs around this time. Is there something that can be done about this? I'm guessing its a file missing...

Attempted:
I've attempted to 0777 DATA / INTERNAL DATA --- cleared CDN cache (cloudflare) - same issues.

Not all users are having this happen. This has persisted (randomly and at odd times since XF1.2 - I am running latest XF1.5)

If it was a file missing then it wouldn't sporadically appear/disappear.

Check the browser console window for any errors while loading the page.

Possible Solution:

Disabling Rocket Loader in Cloudflare or setting it to manual.
