No, they haven't "already done this". If they were to take Redactor as it functions on that site today, to be able to support the table feature you want, they'd have to change the xF post storage to store post content in HTML, rather than BBCODE, which ain't gonna happen, without a large conversion process.

Storing the post data as HTML also opens up a number of other problems that would need to be dealt with, as claerhalphbet mentioned.

None of that is going to happen, just to be able to add a few new bbcodes.

It can be done. If you look at the code, it's wasn't all to complicated. Simple and it worked.

I'm done debating this idea now.

Forget the damn addons...we are talking about a guy who worked with a representative of a company and was pushed into doing more and more when he wanted to do less and less and then gets the shaft for it...

It seems to me that what happened was, administrators of theirs were making money hand over fist off of him and telling him it was OK and pushed for more because they were reaping the benefits personally themselves, and when questions started being asked by higher ups or whoever, **** hit the fan and administrators threw him out there as one of the two scapegoats....and to me in reality this was done just to keep the company clean looking when it mostly seems that he was engaging in business with a company in a way that the representatives or officers he spoke to were comfortable with and not only authorized but were eager to engage in.

The problem with what was done is strictly an internal matter of the company and not something that should have involved the FBI, they are a highly trained and specially skilled group who have WAY better things to do than be involved with an internal investigation of a company with bad management techniques exploiting two men for being part of something their own employees were involved in.

Basically the reps gave Shawn the 'Okie doke' and then the company went after him to save face for public image of self.

Again, this is my opinion of how it looks.

We would need an alternative to Windows that isn't exclusive to a manufacturer (like Apple for instance) and is compatible with most devices (sorry Linux lol).

Hm, I don't think that Windows is the issue, for the next 10 or so years we can use Windows 7, which is overall fine as it is. This little rant was more aimed at the new Xbox One they're bringing out.

Although apart from that, in a way I think you have a point, but like I said, Windows 7 is overall fine the way it is for me.
