Shared common usage code belongs to no one.

Technically speaking, if you want to point ownership to shared common usage code for XenForo would belong to XenForo Ltd. is registered in England and Wales with company number 07294282.

*wonders why Andy howard quoted me*

Takes but a second to Ask, the fact one bothered to ask <insert person here> will take that as a gesture of goodwill and entertain the fact that you took time to ask resulting in "sure, use my code I spent a few hours writing up"

Urges Adam to move on from the experience he had. Shelley personally thinks Adam was doing good and providing for the community but it doesn't matter what shelley thinks though shelley thinks that asking Russ and the other guy name i can't remember would have resulted in a "sure, use it your giving back to the community" .

I think I'm doing a good job too and don't need to submit to the will or desire of a 3rd party in regard to shared common usage. And I'm not alone in that thinking (outside thought on that matter's not).

And it's ADAM dear. Thanks for your support. :)

Did you know that if you click on the xenforo logo, the outline looks like a double A battery. Ok so I'm slow and have no life currently.

Was going to reply to oxy's post in the pinterest thread but I'm going so off topic I thought I'd just post it in here instead.

I don't think I can justify a pinterest add-on for over $50. Especially since there's 100s of pinterest clones out there now........
I think paying for the development of addons, like $50 or $100 etc more or less, makes it worth it.

I've done stuff like that before, usually the developer ends up selling it for far cheaper. Sometimes I think I'm the one who lost out cause I spent more instead of waiting for someone to make it first. But I'm Aries. Aries are impatient (we don't like waiting), impulsive (money burns a hole in our pocket) and are Leaders (you just follow). If I don't do it... it either won't get done or it will take a long time before it does gets done. We're so necessary.

If i were paying for a unique custom developed add-on I might fork out more if it's not a group effort. I've probably paid about $1100 for my most expensive development request... Ended up never using it and selling it as a unique script with domain later on and only getting 70% of what i put into it.

Pinterest has been duplicated so many times I can't justify the price being more than $50 for a basic replica and $100 for some fancy shiz.

Not to mention I've also been more of a "I don't want to pay! I want to learn how to do it myself!" Often my results require tons of duct tape, but at least I learned something new haha

wtf???

CKeditor will be the most costly script I have ever purchased for a free public release (because it will be free and open source for everyone).

But $1,100 ..... ..... DUDE....

For that price I would have thought about hiring Digital Point to develop forum software

He wouldn't have done it unfortunately.

Yes I had turned a nice profit on some sites and I decided to stupidly invest into this wild niche/social net/mobile idea that required a lot of development. Initially it was around $600 for the add-on.

After testing it out and accepting it I decided i wanted more and more and didn't feel like 'designing' it myself. I was very successful as a teenager but now I'm not sure where that flare went. I just got lucky a lot back then lol.

I probably never put effort into the site myself because I had no part in actually creating it. I was not as proud of it as I should've been... lol.

Even now I'm going to be starting a quail 'farm' and despite me having sufficient funds to purchase everything pre-made I've drawn of drafts of a incubator, brooder, and now a pen to keep them in. I'm simply complicated and all over the ******** place :p

I'll never make an $1100 mistake again.

Quail... farm???
I love quail eggs and I heard quail can be tasty... Though I prefer to raise for eggs than for meat. They give more than they take.
Would also add some sort of live entertainment in the yard >.>

I tell people I'm crazy and they never believe me until I show them half of my projects. I'm just hoping one day my crazy lands me a facebook style profit lmao

My sketchbook went from actual drawings and designs into blueprints and contraptions of all sorts. It's just quail farm is the CHEEPest project at the moment. lmao

AND YEAH.... I just said cheep.
