Today, the weather here has alternated from glorious sunshine to torrential downpour at least a dozen times, it's been unbelievably changeable and unsettled, but it did result in a spectacular double-rainbow outside my house :)

I've inserted the image as a thumbnail as it's best viewed against the black of the lightbox, but for those who can't be bothered to click...

There are a few more photos of it on Facebook:

For photography techies, I was using a circular polariser here.

Cool pics .... Just need to get myself a camera now. Keep seeing these pics that you post up here and there and fancy a go myself, expecially since I have 2 huskies I can get some good action shots of as well :)

Did you follow it to find the lucky gold? Because if you did, I hope you don't mind sharing!

I heard he followed one of them to the end and found xenforo 1.0.0 along with a note telling him if he followed the other then 1.1 would be at the end of it.

It means there was sufficient water molecules in the air to visibly see the refraction of the full light spectrum if positioned between the Sun and the Rain, with the sun behind the viewer.....

Or it could be a gorgeous mini miracle of nature, with or without pots of gold or other lucky omen, depending on your belief system or emotional state.

I like the latter better, but then I am a hopeless romantic.

Beautiful shot. What lens did you happen to use out of your ultra mega collection? :)
