For my sites, the bandwidth cost is few bucks a month. I also use Amazon Cloudfront to host all the images so cost is minimal.

There is low budget hosting There is common / mid range hosting There is business hosting And then there is just bleeding your wallet hosting. If you feel like paying for $118.40 just for a VPS Cloud, when at that price you could get a small dedicated server ... I guess that's up to you.
