Fixed Quoting message with URL Issue

Ok, I think I have this fixed now. FireFox seems to insert that link relative to the directory of the page (ie, relative to http://xenforo.com/community/threads/bug-quoting-message-with-url-issue.2141/ ), but only put one ../ in. In the past, I've seen it put in ../../, which is fitting based on the <base> tag.

I couldn't actually reproduce this on my local board, but I didn't have any issues here.
