Duplicate Quoting embedded twitter - no expand quote button

If someone posts twitter content such as a video, if you quote it the quote box is missing the "click to expand" option so only half the quoted content is displayed.

Thanks! Searched for twitter but they used flickr as their example, doh.

The expand-button seems to pop up on mobile if you put your finger on the quote. Before that, it's missing.
