Fixed Quoted gallery photos do not have "Click to Expand"

As you can see in the screenshot, quotes that include embedded gallery items do not have the "Click to Expand" option to view the entire photo.

Interesting. I tested this here:

The Expand option didn't initially appear and only seemed to show when I scrolled down the page.

This is down to the quote height detection which is happening before the GALLERY BB code content is loaded in, therefore not detecting that the content is bigger than the minimum quote height.

We have made a change (in XFMG 1.1.1) so that the quote code recalculates this after the content is loaded in.
