Its a small bug, but some users hate it.

if you quote some words in the editor, the whole line is quote

This is currently the expected behavior, though it's generally coming from the underlying Froala implementation. Quotes are essentially block level formatting, like lists, headings and alignments. If you trigger one of those, it applies to the entire line.
