"quote" text color

Excuse me if I am being thick here, but I have looked and looked in order to find the control for the text that is used in the quote title - and simply cannot. Anyone know where this is? What I am trying to change is where it says "USER X SAID" at the top of the box that is formed when you quote someone in a thread.

Lol, thank god for google. I spent 30 minutes looking for it, and I kept skipping BB code lol...
