Partial fix Quote BB Code results in no output in Registered Feeds 'Preview'

When editing a registered feed the 'preview' option is great to see how your formatting looks before importing the content.

However, if you wrap any data in a 'quote' tag in the Message Template then the quoted content is missing entirely from the preview display.

When the feed is actually imported into the forums then the content is imported & quoted as expected, just not in the preview.

This happens because the necessary templates don't exist in the admin area. I've done a partial workaround for this by having it not use templates, but it just uses a very basic view then (block quoted content). However, it's better than not appearing at all.
