XF 1.5 Quick way to click allow on these?

Is there a quicker way than me ticking all these manually? I would just hit the top one but that ticks them all and I don't want users to be able to do it.

It's either ticking manually all permissions you want them to have or quick check allow and then uncheck whatever you don't want them to have.
