XF 1.5 quick reply doesn't appear

The quick reply post that appears in threads randomly appear "sometimes" on my forum.

First thing to do would be to test on a default style with add-ons disabled, though the errors you've shown look like they could be CloudFlare related.

I've went through each plugin one by one and tested the default theme as well, no luck.

Do you happen to be using CloudFlare? If so, do you have RocketLoader active?

Indeed, RocketLoader does appear to be enabled. Please disable it.
