XF 1.5 Quick Question About Moving XenForo Folder

So, when I installed XenForo to my server I did so by putting it into a folder in the public_html folder. Like this:

mydomainname/xenforo/index.php

I sorta kinda did this on purpose because I didn't want to make my forum "public" quite yet and just wanted to make sure everything was working before I let people in. My question is this: can I simply move everything in my xenforo folder to the root without breaking everything?

I want people to visit mydomainnamehere.com and just get right to the forum itself rather than them having to go to mydomainnamehere.com/xenforo. Will the whole thing fall apart if I make this move?
