Fixed Quick navigation - duplicate pages without canonical url

Testing beta of google search console and got a notice for a lot of pages of the quick navigation.

example: /misc/quick-navigation-menu?selected=node-243

I have added rel canonical to the quick_navigation_menu template to see how that go's. Noindex or block in robots.txt would also be possible, but that depends if you want it crawled.

But i think this is not a problem because it is stated these are excluded from index.

Adding rel=canonical to the page fixed it, again no problem in xf2.
