Lack of interest Quick Insert Quotes

Every time I used multi-quote option here or in our won forum, I never had a need to reorder or remove some of the collected quotes, hence to me it feels like I need one more click in order to insert multiple quotes by first showing the overlay and immediately clicking on the button to insert them in the editor.

having said that, the workaround I can think of would be to add two buttons below the editor. Current button with the text "Insert Quotes..." should immediately insert the quotes in the editor, while another button saying "Manage Quotes..." or something appropriate should open the overlay to rearrange and remove some quotes if user wants to do so.

You can already manage and re-arrange quotes: "Drag messages up and down to rearrange the order for quoting."

No he didn't, he quite often does this and then gives an incorrect response.
