I would like to see this feature enabled as is very useful.
Basically, when a resource is posted, the user has the ability to enter a quick link, for example:
http://www.axivo.com/go/openssl which redirects automatically to
https://www.axivo.com/community/threads/upgrade-to-openssl-1-0-1-in-centos.180/
If the quick link is not defined by user, a random id is generated:
http://www.axivo.com/go/x8T3fdo
In fact, this could be useful for threads in specific forums also, not just resources.
